UPDATE: Flynn responds to criticism for kneeling during Pledge of Allegiance

Video: Anchorage Assembly member Patrick Flynn went down on one knee during the Pledge of Allegiance at Tuesday night's assembly meeting. Tonight, he responded to criticism with a social media post.

A proposed law currently before the Anchorage Assembly aims to combat human trafficking through education and awareness. Assembly Ordinance 115 would require assisted living facilities, restaurants, hotels and motels, bars and adult establishments to post a “human trafficking awareness sign” in a visible place.

As we head into winter, one aspect that remains the same...it’s likely going to continue to be warmer than normal statewide.
