ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- An Anchorage man changed his plea to guilty in connection with a multiple shooting at the Dimond Center.
Jason Rak, 21, changed his plea Monday, pleading to the charges as in the indictment. There was no plea agreement.
Rak pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder in the first degree, first degree assault and weapons misconduct.
In January 2008, Rak admits to shooting at two brothers during an argument.
One of the brothers, Michael Lewis, was shot in the side and abdomen. A man described as an innocent bystander, Mason Sylvester, was shot in the face and finger.
Sentencing is set for Feb. 4.
