Judge grants delay in Palin e-mail hacker trial

David Kernell, a student from the University of Tennessee who is accused of hacking into the Gov. Sarah Palin's personal e-mail account while she was campaigning for the white house, won't stand trial until April.

A judge granted a four-month delay after both sides said they need to bring in computers experts.
