UPDATED: Driver unhurt in overturned fuel tank; closure to last 2, 3 hours

The off-ramp to Palmer at the Palmer-Wasilla Interchange is expected to remain closed for two to three hours as of 3 p.m., troopers say. The 63-year-old driver, Stephen Blodgett, is unhurt.
