ANCHORAGE, Alaska—
An affidavit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska dated on March 13 reveals an alleged timeline of Israel Keyes who Anchorage Police say is the "main player" in the Samantha Koenig abduction.
Keyes, 34, was indicated by a grand jury on on one count of fraud with an access device on March 22.
