( Handout photo, Courtesy Baltimore Museum of Art / October 2, 2012 ) For nearly two years, the Baltimore Museum of Art has been refurbishing (or perhaps the term should be re-imagining?) its Contemporary Wing. The public gets to see the results on Nov. 18, when 16 galleries filled with works by Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg and other artists have their grand re-opening. The project is part of the BMA's three-year, $24.5 million renovation, so if you like what you see here, just wait -- there's more coming. |
