Jessica Fernandes, 26, likes to work new trends into her looks while keeping what she calls her "laid-back" style. The University of Maryland Medical System auditor joined friends for dinner at RA Sushi in a cute military-inspired black cotton cutaway Express blazer over a black camisole and silver dotted cream chiffon tunic from Francesca's Collections and skinny Silver jeans and Fergie boots from Nordstrom. The Federal Hill resident picked up her gray cross-body bag on New York City's Canal Street. Her favorite place to shop these days? "I'm very into Francesca's right now because their clothes are a little different," she said. "Not everyone will be wearing it."
