( Lloyd Fox, Baltimore Sun / September 22, 2010 ) Jennifer Winslow knows how to have fun with fashion while staying professional. In fact, the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney financial adviser is known around her office for her sense of style, which she describes as "understated elegance; classic with an edge." When we "glimpsed" the 40-year-old Homeland resident at her Lutherville office, she lived up to the reputation. Winslow had started with a white embroidered black cotton pencil skirt from White House Black Market, which she paired with a white cotton Anne Fontaine blouse that featured fold-back three-quarter length cuffed sleeves and rosettes on the front. "You can never have too many crisp white shirts." Her black strappy O-ring high heel BCBG sandals came from the Nordstrom Rack. "They've been my favorites all summer. I bought them in three colors." Her pearl necklace, David Yurman pearl pendant, Raymond Weil watch and silver David Yurman bangle all came from Radcliffe Jewelers. Her pearl bracelets were her mother's. Her nude Longchamp shoulder bag was purchased at Nordstrom. Winslow admits she veers toward a neutral palette. "I tend to be a black and white girl. But I do try to mix it up with a splash of something bright that reflects the season. I like scarves for that." |
