Glimpsed at Work:

Alexandra Bernson describes her sense of style as "academic." She said her friends usually joke that her look reminds them of an "older English professor." We love the 22-year-old's approach to fashion. She mixes masculine fashion elements with feminine touches for a chic, trendy look. She gets an "A-plus." When we spotted the Millersville resident at work at M-Edge, we noticed her Banana Republic blazer with elbow patches. The academic-looking garment was worn over a cream cardigan from Forever 21, and a green dress from Goodwill. The office coordinator also purchased her gray booties from Goodwill. Her tights were from Kohl's. And her briefcase was a gift. "The key to good style is going for it," she said.
