Deals are made over breakfast, especially when breakfast is as stupendously satisfying as it is at Miss Shirley's. But the real inside business still takes place at the always-bustling Cold Spring Lane location. This year, Miss Shirley's rolled out a gleaming new food truck and prepared a third location in Annapolis.--Richard Gorelick |
