Deborah Townsend, 46, was rocker chic when she headed to the Modell Center at the Lyric Opera House for the VIP pre-party before the Journey concert there.
"I wanted to be rocker chick. But I was going to the Lyric, so I thought I could be a little bit nicer," said the former photographer/videographer.
When this Stevenson mom of two boys isn't at home with them, she's often accompanying her husband, Townsend Capital Chairman Dennis Townsend, on business trips.
"My [outfits] depend on the venue and the setting. Business dress in different countries is different things. So my closet is divided for different locations -- South Beach, New York, Europe -- as well as formal and casual."
HER STYLE: "Classic sexy with a bit of an edge. ... I try to do clean lines, contemporary. ... It's like a costume. Every morning, I wake up. The world is my stage."
WHAT SHE'S WEARING: A black lace tank from Anne Fontaine in New York City. A black leather biker jacket from AllSaints in Chicago. Black Lycra, cotton and faux-leather blocked leggings from the BCBG store. Black leather Botkier shoulder bag from Handbags in the City.
