( Jon Carroll photo / February 12, 2012 ) Gertrude's is offering two seating options for its New Year's Eve Supper Club-style celebration: an early seating between 6 and 6:30 p.m., and a later seating between 9 and 9:30 pm. The early seating costs $59 ($49 for vegetarian) for a three-course menu. The late seating costs $95 ($85 for vegetarian) for a four-course menu, music and singing by the Dottie Tim Jazz Trio, party favors and a midnight champagne toast. Menu highlights include baked oysters Norfolk, herb and peppercorn-encrusted prime rib, Chesapeake mixed grill and crab imperial-stuffed rockfish. |
