Dec. 28: Overturned car

A car that <a href="http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/baltimore-city/bs-md-ci-washington-monument-20121227,0,6931729.story">crashed near the Washington Monument</a> on Thursday morning overturned, injuring a passenger and damaging a wall at the historic Mount Vernon Park. A Baltimore City police officer rolls one of the wheels back to the car.
