Boehner holds the key on debt talks

Sen. Mitch McConnell's idea for breaking the debt talks stalemate was terrible, but at least it was an idea. The chance that we'll get that, or any other solution to the crisis brewing on August 2, will depend on House Speaker John Boehner's willingness to defy the extremists in his own caucus.
