Turbine Tests at Chugach Electric Plant Produce Steam Clouds

Chugach Electric says South Anchorage residents shouldn’t be steamed about large plumes of the stuff rising from the site of its new gas-fired power plant on Electron Drive, as the company tests gas turbine units.
