Cecil Shorts, WR, Jaguars

No, he's not related to longtime Chicago media personality Jim Shorts -- at least, as far as we know. This Shorts is the newest starting receiver for Jacksonville, which really isn't saying much, either. He did have 10 targets and seemed to be a favorite of QB Chad Henne when he replaced Blaine Gabbert under center. Obviously, this is a terrible team right now, so you have to temper your scoring expectations. Still, 10 targets is 10 targets.
