( February 15, 2012 ) Michael Cassidy has been promoted to senior vice president at McGuireWoods Consulting. Cassidy advises clients before Congress, the Illinois General Assembly and various local, county and municipal governments. He provides counsel in regards to executive and legislative affairs, coalition development, crisis communications, media relations and strategic communications. He joined the firm as a vice president of Illinois government relations in February 2009. He has a B.A.in communications from DePaul University. |
