A statue of legendary broadcaster Harry Caray stands at the corner of Sheffield and Waveland Avenues, backdropped by the residential buildings on Sheffield, in the Wrigleyville area of Chicago. Wrigleyville Rooftops Association at a news conference Friday announced their proposal to erect LED billboards outside Wrigley Field on rooftops and share revenue with the Cubs.
