Lou Hall, senior director, Cushman & Wakefield

Lou Hal has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois as a senior director. He specializes in developing, evaluating, and implementing tenant solutions, most recently at Grubb & Ellis, where his clients included Morgan Stanley, Acco Brands and Access Community Health Network. Hall's 18 years in commercial real estate and financial services include positions with Katherine Blair Group, LLC and the Chicago Board of Trade, as well as a previous stint at Cushman. Hall has a B.A. in liberal arts and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
