The Old Navy ad contains two coupons, one for $10 off a $50 purchase, and one only for store card holders, which is worth $15 off a $50 purchase.

If you are going to use one of these coupons, it would be a great idea to first buy a $50 gift card at CVS to collect the $10 ExtraBuck bonus, and then use the gift card for your purchase.
