Jack is proud to have joined the award-winning Channel 2 News team in December of 2017 as a Multimedia Journalist and Fill-in Anchor.

Jack began his on-air career in broadcast television in 2013, while working as a reporter/multimedia journalist for KAUZ News Channel 6 in Wichita Falls, Texas. For the past four years, Jack has been covering trials, elections, controversial state and national legislative bills and breaking news events from north Texas to Oklahoma.

While he was born in Racine, Wisconsin (Fun Fact: Racine is home to the first women's basketball team), Jack grew up in the rural suburb of Highland Village, Texas, where he attended Marcus High School. GO MARAUDERS! While in high school, Jack began taking an interest in all things media/journalism, and he became a member of the school's broadcast and newspaper team.

Jack's interest in journalism was further solidified while attending Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, Vermont, becoming a member of the award-winning journalism department there and the Vermont Center for Community Journalism. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Journalism Arts from Lyndon State College in 2013. While spending time in the "Northeast Kingdom" of the "Green Mountain State," Jack says he also developed a deep love for the outdoors, spending his free time skiing, hiking, biking and fishing with friends.

Jack is ecstatic to be a member of the award-winning and nationally-recognized Channel 2 News team, and he's also incredibly excited to rekindle his love for the outdoors. He plans to spend a lot of time exploring the wild frontier that is Alaska and learning much more about the 49th State's rich history and traditions.
