ANCHORAGE, Ak. The Anchorage School District is asking for more input on potential calendar changes.

A survey now available online asks for people to consider several potential changes, including moving to a four day school week with longer days, changing to a year-round schedule with breaks, and starting the school year a few days earlier to allow for a longer Thanksgiving Break.

They’d also like to know if community members are in favor of moving to a trimester schedule instead of a semester which would break the year up into three sections instead of four.

You can submit your answers until August 24.
