Cold dips into Southcentral this week, lingers in the Interior

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - Low pressure to the southeast is pushing some precipitation into Southcentral. High pressure dominates the state and is continuing to bring cold north air into the West Coast, Interior and soon into Southcentral.

Snow likely tonight and tomorrow morning for Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valleys.

For the next 7 days in Anchorage...mostly cloudy skies tomorrow with a chance of snow in the morning. Decreasing clouds on Wednesday and increasing clouds late Thursday. Temperatures likely to drop below zero by Wednesday morning for the first time during this snow season.
