The Executive Director of Assets, Inc. told a Channel 2 News photographer on scene, the damaged room is part of an apartment complex for those with developmental disabilities. He said the property is valued at approximately one million dollars.

An official told KTUU the apparent driver claimed to be driving down Debarr and swerved to avoid a driver making a U-turn.
