ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - Memorial Day is on Monday. So here's a list of ceremonies and events planned across Anchorage.

• JBER 2018 Annual Memorial Day Service
Where: Fort Richardson National Cemetery
When: May 28, 12 p.m. (Preliminary music begins at 11:30 a.m.)
What: The guest speaker will be COL John "Jimmy Joe" James, Commander 49th BDE, Ataska State Defense Force. And the Master of Ceremonies will be 1SG David "Diesel" Foli, US Army Retired. The ceremony includes music by the Midnight Sons Chorus and The Glacier Brass.
Reminders: Pets are not allowed, unless they are "certified working animals" for use by the handicapped. Eating on the cemetery grounds is prohibited.
• Anchorage Remembers: Memorial Day Ceremony
Where: Delaney Park Strip | West 9th Avenue
When: May 28, 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
What: A Memorial Day ceremony – open to the public – to honor and remember the fallen. The ceremony includes patriotic music, spiritual words and laying of the wreaths to honor the fallen. Keynote speakers include Mayor Ethan Berkowitz and Lt. Gen. Ken Wilsbach, commander of the Alaskan Command and 11th Air Force, and the senior military officer in Alaska.
• 14th Annual Memorial Day Car Show
Where: Northway Mall
When: May 28, 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
What: The Anchorage Corvette Association is hosting its annual car show. Monetary proceeds will go to help The Last Fronteir Honor Flight, Inc.
• Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery
Hours of Operation: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Reminders: Prohibited from the cemetery grounds include balloons, barbecues, games, glass and pets. Additionally, children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision.
