ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - Job seekers have one more way to find work. The Municipality of Anchorage's Innovation Team and Code for America fellows launched a new website that is a one-stop shop for job seekers.

The website www.starthereanchorage.org is a resource for job seekers to prepare and narrow down job searches.

"It is a step by step guide that provides direct links to resources here in Anchorage," said Clorama Dorvilias, UX Research & Designer.

For example, if transportation is an issue the website will show transportation assistance opportunities, said Dorvilias.

Clorama Dorvilias and Adrienne Dreyfus were the two Code for American fellows who designed the website.

The website is targeted for Spenard, Mountain View, and Fairview where the unemployment rate is the highest, according to Dorvilias.
