ANCHORAGE (KTUU) There is almost nothing as appealing as the smell of hot popcorn. If you dare make a batch at work, expect co-workers to drift over asking for a handful. Walk into any movie theater and you'll be reaching for a bag of salty, buttery popcorn before you even think about where you'll sit.
Any excuse to make (and eat!) popcorn is fine with us so we sent photojournalist Shawn Wilson to the Alaska Chip Company to see how the process of making and bagging popcorn is done.
Sit back, enjoy the story with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn, tossed with a sprinkle of fine sea salt, of course.
