ALASKA FORECAST:- Rain will move into the southcentral region Thursday. A large and powerful low is tracking through the Bering Sea bringing high winds and creating high surf conditions over the Southwest coastline.

SOUTHCENTRAL: - TONIGHT...Mostly cloudy. A chance of rain after midnight. Lows in the mid 30s to mid 40s...warmest around Kachemak Bay. variable wind to 10 mph.
.THURSDAY...Rain. Highs in the mid 40s to lower 50s. Light winds
except southeast 10 to 20 mph around Kachemak Bay.

MAT-SU/KENAI: TONIGHT...Mostly cloudy. A chance of rain after midnight. Lows in the mid 30s to lower 40s. Light winds.
.THURSDAY...Rain. Highs in the 40s. Light winds becoming east
15 mph in the afternoon.

3-DAY/7-DAY FORECAST:
rain MOVES IN BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. AND SE WINDS 10-20, INCREASE TO 30-45 MPH FOR TURNAGAIN ARM AND HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
