( September 25, 2012 ) Karen Anagnost has been appointed to the board of directors for the National Runaway Switchboard, the federally-designated national communications system for runaway and homeless youth. Anagnost is retired and has been a volunteer with NRS since May 2010. She is a front-line team member who has logged in more than 230 hours answering calls from runaway and at-risk youth and their families. She previously worked at Arthur Anderson & Company as an assistant to the managing partner. |
