Cellars Market

If KFC included buns with its bucket of chicken, one could also technically label it a sandwich. Same idea at Cellars Market inside the Chicago Board of Trade Building, where its sole sandwich is a sandwich in name only. In actuality, it's seven or eight neutral, lightly battered gnarls of sole fried to the color of cornmeal ... oh, with sesame buns tossed in. At $6.69 — in the Loop, no less — there's no better deal in town. $6.69; 141 W. Jackson Blvd. (Board of Trade Building basement), 312-427-3444. Also available at Ceres Cafe on the ground level of the Board of Trade Building.
