With the temperature at 91 degrees, Elli Hacker, 5, of Farmington found a good place to stand at the Wolcott Park spray park in West Hartford Wednesday afternoon. She was with her mom Diane Hacker and other parents and children from the Christ Church Nursery School of Avon.
