"One Ocean," a new killer-whale show, will debut April 22, according to SeaWorld Orlando reports. The show will replace "Believe," which has run since 2006 at Shamu Stadium.
A video on the SeaWorld blog (www.insideseaworld.com) touts the show's colorful backdrop (which can be already be seen as a work in progress at the stadium), new orchestral music and new trainer wetsuit/uniforms that are a medium blue with a printed area that includes details of a whale tale and a line pattern.
SeaWorld has said it is moving forward with plans to have trainers back in the water with the whales, but it has not announced a time frame. Last week, Tilikum, the whale involved with the death of trainer Dawn Brancheau last year, returned to the "Believe" show after an absence of more than a year.
