~Here Comes The Tears~

Before we get to the celebratory brunch, we HAVE to talk about crazy Danielle. Dan shocked her by voting out Shane in the biggest blindside of the season. Danielle is in tears and she is not in the right mindset. Dan pulls her aside and B.S. her that he is her coach and he is trying to get her to the end. Shane would have won against her in the end. The sad part of the talk, Danielle bought Dan's lies... again. Dan really wanted Shane gone because he knew Shane would take Danielle to the final 2. Now, Dan is going to the final 2 no matter who wins the final HOH.

Danielle reminds me of a lifetime movie about a battered woman who stays with her husband for no known reasons. Dan constantly lies and betrays her trust yet she still falls for his 'mist'. It is hard to feel bad for her when she falls for his tricks time after time.  I even made a meme / fake movie poster for the eventual lifetime movie once Danielle realizes how much Dan played her.

Danielle then takes the same tragic turn every lifetime movie takes; she blames herself. Fool her once, shame on Dan. Fool her every week, day and hour, shame on her. She then compliments Dan's abilities to craft a lie. This girl is unbelievable.

~Celebratory Brunch~

The majority of the episode focused on the celebratory brunch in which the three players reminisced on the good and bad times in the house. The first thing they talk about is the formation of the Quack Pack in week 4. Britney was the one to come up with the lame name.

Janelle gets some love from the Final 3. They talk about the greatness in her competitve drive and how she never shows emotion.

Then, they talked about the times emotions flew off the handle. First, was Britney having a tantrum when she was put on the block. She threw Frank's food on the ground and then wrestled Ted in the living room.

Next, the Willie vs. Frank fight. This fight is a huge highlight of the season. I remember watching Big Brother After Dark and seeing the fight escalate. CBS still forgot to add the scene at the very end with Ian coming outside right when tensions settled to ask if anyone wanted Digiorno pizza.

We finally end the segment with the Willie vs. Joe confrontation that sent Russel Hantz's brother out of the house.

The next segment featured the love in the house. The first part talked about Shane and Danielle's relationship. Shane did not want a showmance because it would put a target on his back. In hindsight, he was right because that was the main reason he got voted out.

The next part was Ian and Ashley's date. This was another segment that happened on Big Brother After Dark (I swear i don't work for Showtime 2 with all of this promotion) Ashlian was a cute pair. Too bad Frank has more swag and is a tad bit more cooler than Frank. Dan thinks that if Ashley saw the Frank and Ian fight then she might think of Ian differently. If she was like me, she would see the little brat Ian could be in the house.

The last segment in the celebratory brunch was Dan's funeral. As much as I don't want Dan to win this game, I have to give props for that move. He basically had an early campaign to the jury members. They will remember all the good things he said about them. They all have been misted.

We end the episode with the start of part 1 of the final HOH. The players are all sitting on fish hooks and they are being dipped up to their eyes in the water before getting slammed into a wall.

Find out who wins Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and the game on Wednesday on CBS. This will be a HUGE night for us reality show lovers as it is the premier episode of Survivor.
