ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Channel 2 News and KTUU.com will present the conclusion of an extended sit-down interview with former Gov. Sarah Palin on Tuesday.
Reporter John Carpenter and photographer Eric Sowl traveled to Indiana last week to meet up with Palin on a promotional tour for her memoir "Going Rogue." In the interview Palin talks about the book, the Alaska Gasline Inducement Act, why she abruptly resigned her office, and her future plans.
KTUU.com will simulcast the interview and host a live blog for people to voice their thoughts on Alaska's former chief executive and most famous citizen.
According to The Associated Press, the debut sales for "Going Rogue" are among the best ever for a nonfiction book, with 300,000 copies sold. HarperCollins, the book's publisher, has already increased the print run from 1.5 million to 2.5 million.
