HOUSTON, Alaska -- Houston, Alaska, Mayor Roger Purcell and his wife are driving home from Washington D.C. in the city's new rescue truck. Purcell says it's cheaper to drive the vehicle than ship it and he and his wife have the required commercial driver's license to drive it.
