ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- The Alaska Aces face the ultimate test in the Kelly Cup Playoffs: a three-nothing series deficit against a determined and skilled Las Vegas Wranglers squad in the National Conference Semifinals.

Adam Miller scored two minutes and 10 seconds into regulation and Marco Peluso added two goals as Las Vegas handled Alaska in game three at Sullivan Arena, 5-2.

The Aces host game four on Thursday, where they will try to avoid being swept for the first time in their ECHL existence of five seasons.

Peluso's second goal made it 3-1 in the second period. Only 16 seconds later, Gerry Burke beat Chris Beckford-Tseu to lift the margin to 4-1.

Derick Martin and Kimbi Daniels scored for Alaska.
