Hangover Cures, Myths & Remedies

The holiday season is upon us. Office parties, Black Friday shopping and seasonal stress are soon to follow. Just in case you have a little too much egg nog to ease your pain, here are a couple hangover cures, myths and remedies to get you through the morning after. Alcohol dehydrates your body, which can lead to headaches and nausea. To stay hydrated and prevent a hangover, drink one glass of water for every alcoholic drink you consume and a lot of water the next day to rehydrate, according to the <a href="http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/002041.htm">U.S. National Library of Medicine.</a>
