Champions in Monday's Tri-State Junior Golf Association Don Mowen Memorial, held at Fountain Head Country Club, were Karsen Rush (age 12-13) with a 71; Max Bell (14-15) with an 81 and winning a playoff; Ryan Mumaw (age 16-18) with a 73. At the right is Fountain Head assistant Paul Bedigian. The Tournament of Champions will be played Monday at Beaver Creek Country Club.
