Segarra and CEO of The Hartford iam E. McGee kicks off demolition of Capitol West, one of the worst eyesores in the city. Heavy-duty work won't begin for a couple of weeks after asbestos is removed. But Wednesday during the ceremony the Capitol West name over the main entrance will be removed in a symbolic gesture. |
