U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta addresses personnel at the Sigonella Naval Air Station and NATO regional operations center on October 7, 2011 in Sigonella. Panetta met with pilots and other personnel who have been in involved with operations over Libya while visiting the base. He is scheduled to travel to Sicily later in the day to visit with U.S. pilots involved in operations over Libya.
