The Washington state Capitol is covered with snow on Wednesday in Olympia. A widespread snowstorm walloped western Washington on Wednesday, with the heaviest blow missing Seattle and hitting the Olympia area, causing accidents, closing schools and canceling flights at Sea-Tac airport.
