Vincenzo Romeo, who died 62 years ago in a North Korean POW camp is honored on Thursday.

Charles Susino Jr., National Commander of the American Ex-Prisoners of War, a group that works to raise awareness for POWs (left), presents Nick Romeo, of Easton, his brother's Vincenzo Romeo eight framed medals, including the Purple Heart. Vincenzo Romeo, a 1947 Easton High School graduate, died in a North Korean POW camp.
