Pictures: New Veterans Plaza at NCC

SPC Brandon Ober, President, Band of Brothers, and member of Pa. Army National Guard, speaks in the ceremony dedicating the new Veterans Plaza in the Susan K. Kubik Tribute Garden at Northampton Community College. The dedication was held in the Lipkin Theater on the school's campus.
