Jolene John is Community Development Manager for RurAL CAP. A big part of her job is dealing with energy and environmental issues. Jolene is A Yup’ik from Toksook Bay.  Her father is Paul John, an elder respected for his knowledge of the Yup’ik language and subsistence culture. In a previous job, John managed the Sub-Regional Health Clinic in Toksook Bay for the Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation.
