Steve Ivanoff is a transportation planner for Kawerak, Inc. He is also a self-employed commercial fisherman as well as a subsistence hunter and fisher. In October, the Alaska Federation of Natives named Ivanoff and his wife, Zoe, “Subsistence Hunters of the Year.”
