Dana Randall, a financial adviser at Raymond James Financial Services at 2016 Sixth Ave. S.E., was recently named a Rising Star in recognition of his accomplishments in 2011.

The award recognizes advisers who have achieved exceptional growth in personal production, according to a news release.
