Alaska's election results are official, with exception of the U.S. Senate race.

Division of Elections Director Gail Fenumiai says she signed the paperwork Tuesday afternoon, certifying every race except the still-disputed Senate race.

A federal judge blocked certification pending a lawsuit filed in state court by Republican candidate Joe Miller.

Miller is fighting the process used to determine write-in votes for rival Sen. Lisa Murkowski.

A hearing is set in Juneau for Wednesday afternoon. State officials are asking for a ruling by next week.
