Joe Miller faces a Monday deadline for turning over any e-mails or public records he has from his time as an attorney for the Fairbanks North Star Borough.

Assistant Borough Attorney Jill Dolan says if there's no response, the borough will make a decision on how to proceed with the information it has. She says that could including going to the "appropriate investigating agency" or the bar.

A message left for Miller attorney Thomas Van Flein wasn't immediately returned.

The borough claims Miller's inbox was emptied when he left. But Van Flein has said Miller complied with borough e-mail policy and printed copies of correspondence related to issues he was working on when he resigned in 2009.
