Gov. Sean Parnell Signs Several Crime Bills in Anchorage

Gov. Sean Parnellsigned a series of bills into law Tuesday morning in Anchorage intended to strengthen penalties and ease prosecution of criminal offenses including prostitution and human trafficking, as well as ensure victims’ rights to speedy resolution of cases concerning them.
