Lawsuit Filed Over Alaska Redistricting Plan

A lawsuit has been filed over Alaska’s redistricting plan by a group of Alaska Natives, who are suing to keep state election officials from implementing a redistricting plan until that plan wins U.S. Justice Department approval.
